- All requests are processed within 48 hours.
- Requests for expedited service (< 2 hours) may incur an expedite fee.
We make every effort to address all requests based on resource availability.
Changes
- Change requests may be made before or occur during a conference.
- Any change requested or occurring less than 4 hours prior to the conference will incur an expedited change fee IF that change increases or decreases the event’s duration or capacity by more than 20%.

Intellor for Government Deliverables
- Recordings are processed during our standard administrative office hours – Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. US Eastern Time, excluding holidays.
- A recording includes the audio/visual/video content of your webinar as well as an AI-generated written transcript, accessible by link and with your requested access controls, if any.
- Standard recordings (<90 minutes in duration) are delivered within 3 business days. Expedited service (1 business days) is available.
- Extended recordings (>90 minutes in duration) are delivered within 3 business days. Expedited service (1 business days) is available.
- The AI transcript may take longer to render than the audio visual content.

Use
Event Services is acting as your agent when conducting your webinar using a FedRAMP authorized technology. While your webinar and recording (if any) exist exclusively within the FedRAMP platform, you may initiate the transfer of information to us (such as your invitation list or a copy of your slide presentation) or we may transfer information to you (including a report of the webinar chat or Q&A, attendance, or poll or survey) outside of the FedRAMP platform. We use this information exclusively in the performance of your webinar and also in accordance with our AUP, which can be found at https://www.intellor.com/privacy-policy/
Taxes
Event Services may be taxed in accordance with applicable state or local law.
